👩‍🍳 How to Use Scent Leaf

 

  1. Wash the scent leaves thoroughly with clean water to remove dirt.
  2. Pick the leaves from the stem.
  3. Cut or slice the leaves into small pieces.
  4. Add the scent leaf towards the end of cooking your soup or stew.
  5. Stir gently and allow it to cook for 1–2 minutes only to keep the aroma fresh.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.

👉 Do not overcook scent leaf because it can reduce its flavour and fragrance.
